Artist Statement

I mostly enjoy painting and photography, but I love to experiment with new techniques and materials. I am inspired by the beauty of Earth and humanity's interaction with it. While my paintings tend toward colorful and abstract, my photographs are an appreciation of nature and architecture. Nature cannot be controlled, but it sometimes allows itself to be cultivated.
