Artist Statement

Photography began as a hobby many years ago and then grew into a passion. Even though I am a city girl, I love the outdoors and spend many hours walking around the city and hiking in nearby woods, usually with a camera around neck. It is during these outings that I capture my best images. My favorite photos capture the beauty of nature and the unusual moments that often go unnoticed. These fleeting scenes are what make life rich and interesting.
