Artist Statement

Hi! I'm a local female Philadelphia artist who hand-draws all of my work with pen & ink, then I turn my illustrations into prints, posters, greeting cards, tote bags, puzzles, stickers, and more. I started laying the foundation of business when I was laid off from my full-time job due to covid closures in March 2020. What started as me drawing every greeting card by hand for friends and family blossomed into me selling my work on Etsy and at craft shows several times a month, being asked to sell my work in retail stores around the city (including the Philadelphia Museum of Art), as well as doing custom house drawing commissions throughout the week. I create illustrations of well-known buildings and locations in Philadelphia and beyond, as well as create year-round and seasonal greeting cards. I love connecting to Philadelphia and the surrounding areas by drawing unique and special buildings and houses, as well as engaging with different communities at craft shows!
