Artist Statement
I work with clay for over twenty five years now and I love this medium. I love the feel and the smell of clay, the way it is so forgiving. My work is greatly inspired by love, I love the expression of faces and fine that my heart leads me to sculpt more. Often I find myself staring at the faces of different people and hoping they don’t see me staring….lol. I see sculptures and reliefs in almost everything I look at. Once I get an idea or image in my mind I have to create and transfer that image to clay.
