Artist Statement

Emmanuelle Namont's photographs are constructed as flat sculptures displaying an interplay of the sensual and the emotional charge of the subject. Each image, whether related to portraiture or landscape photography, is a stage that questions the physical presence of the subject while offering the multitude of intricacies that only photography can offer.
