Artist Statement

Each piece is hand wrought in my Tucson studio using traditional silver smith and twining techniques. As a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and former Naval Officer, I traveled extensively and draw upon many cultural influences when creating my designs. I am an engineer by training and worked concurrently in the defense industry and as an artist for many years. Fifteen years ago, I left defense and began working as a full time, nationally exhibiting jewelry artist.
