Artist Statement

I'm a New York City resident from Flushing, Queens. I have spent the majority of my life here. My main medium is oils, but I have also worked with water colors and with many drawing mediums. I am not interested in exact representation, but in color and composition. I also aim for simplicity of expression while painting a variety of subject matter.
