Artist Statement

I'm always thinking about creating. When I wake up in the morning, making some type of art is on my mind instead of what's for breakfast.
It's always about what's under the painting, not what you see on top but the ghost images that are peeking through.
Experimentation and taking risk are the keys to boredom.
I try to practice painting like a musician practice on his trumpet, with a lot of thought behind it.
I'm in my innovation phase, coming out of my imitation of different styles thing.
Art and music are like brother and sister to me, very related, I often paint to jazz or classical music.
I call my style social art.
