2020 Woodinville Arts Alliance Studio Tour

There is a process fee of $35 which is non-refundable. Artists may pay via PayPal by clicking the Pay Now button.

Upon paying the process fee artists entries will automatically be submitted.

This studio tour is for members who, if chosen, pay the tour fee of $100. Non-members may apply and if chosen pay $120. These fees support marketing and administrative costs.

To apply please submit 3 images of your work in JPEG format. Images should be sized to a minimum of 1200 pixels on longest size (5 mb file max).

If accepted, you will need to sign a Release and Agreement form and agree to the following:
RELEASE AND AGREEMENT

1. To be present at the open studio listed on my application the entire time of the WAA Studio Tour on May 16th & 17th, 2020, 10AM-6PM in studio.
2. Each piece of work submitted during WAA Studio Tour will be my own original creation.
3. Any images I submit may be used for promotional purposes.
4. Any biography information I provide may be altered or edited as needed by WAA staff. (i.e. adapted in the 3rd person, edited for grammar, punctuation).
5. I have read the Artist Guidelines for Participation and Understand all the listed details
6. I agree to contribute time and energy to the success of this event.
7. I agree to distribute a minimum of 100 marketing materials and/or assist by sharing on my social media outlets and website.
