2025 CAVA Winter Show

ELIGIBILITY
This exhibit is open to artists 50 and over who are members of CAVA.

ENTRY FEES
CAVA members may submit one entry with two works for the entry fee of $30.00, while non-members may enter but must also pay CAVA's annual membership fee of $50. All fees are payable at www.WeAreCava.org.

MEDIA REQUIREMENTS
1. All work must meet professional presentation standards and be original art.
2. Work must be WIRED for hanging, no saw tooth/alligator hangers.
3. 2-D work must be wired and ready for wall hanging. Size limitation is 30 inches in either direction including frame. Please use plexiglass when framing.
4. 3-D work - you must supply your own pedestal.
5. Work may not have been shown in any previous CAVA art show.

HOW TO ENTER
1. Each person can enter up to 2 pieces. Use CAVA's EntryThingy online application linked through the website (www.wearecava.org) under EVENTS to enter your work. Use a laptop, IPad, or other computer.
2. Currently, www.wearecave.org does not display well on a smart phone.
3. Digital images should be a minimum of 1500 pixels in the longer dimension in .jpg format. Minimum file size 100 kb, maximum file size 5 mg.
4. Online submission deadline: Sunday, October 5th at 11:59 p.m.
5. You can use the PayPal online payment system via CAVA's website, wearecava.org, to pay, if needed, the $50 membership, or mail a check payable to CAVA to: CAVA c/o Bill Bein, 2829 N Sawyer Ave, Chicago IL 60618.
