Artists must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States of America.
We do NOT accept international shipments of art.

All artwork must be offered for sale.

Wallkill River Center for the Arts (WRCA) will collect a 30% commission on any sales. WRCA will collect sales tax and make the appropriate sales tax filings.

Artists set the sales price for their work. Prices must range between $200 and $10,000. If a piece sells, a check will be mailed for 70% of the sales price within 30 days of the show closing. Individuals who have over $600 in sales MUST provide a federal Form W-9 before their check can be issued.

Wallkill River Center for the Arts will not be responsible individually or collectively for damage or loss, regardless of the cause, to any artwork submitted under this agreement for exhibition and/or sale at WRCA Gallery. WRCA recommends that all work be framed traditionally with varnish, glass or acrylic to protect the surface and sides of the artwork. It is suggested that artists carry their own insurance.

Artists give permission for their work to be photographed for promotional purposes and online sales and do not hold the gallery responsible for any unauthorized use or photography.

Note: The Wallkill River School, Inc. is currently in the process of changing its legal name to Wallkill Center for the Arts.
