THEME* The focus of this show is the artist's perspective and interpretation of the beauty of Mount Diablo.
* Only two dimensional original artwork will be considered.
* Painting, drawing, photography, printmaking, collage & mixed media mediums will be considered.
* Original work only. No reproductions.

ARTWORK SPECFICATIONS* Maximum size is 48 inches x 48 inches.
* Minimum is 6 inches x 6 inches
* If work is framed, please provide framed dimensions in your submission.
* Submitted works are to have been completed within the last 24 months, and not previously shown at Valley Art Gallery
ARTWORK PRESENTATION* Artwork must arrive 'ready to hang' and be professionally presented.
* No saw tooth hangers.
* Plexiglass only, unless it is pastel.
ENTRY FEE*For gallery members: $35 for first work, $5 for each additional work up to three works total.
*For non-members: $45 for first work, $10 for each additional work up to three works total.
*Entry fees are payable online with a PayPal account or a credit card.
SUBMISSION FORMAT* Submit JPG images that are a minimum of 1920 pixels on the longest side.
* The maximum up-loadable file size is 10 megabytes.
* Artwork not accurately represented by the submitted images may be declined.
NOTIFICATION FOR SELECTED ARTISTS * Artists will be notified on Monday, May 18, 2026
* All artists who have submitted artwork will be notified by email. You will receive notification even if no artwork has been selected.
* If you do not receive notice by May 19th, please check your email spam folder. Contact us if you do not hear from Valley Art Gallery.
DELIVERY OF SELECTED WORKS * Artwork is to be delivered to Valley Art Gallery on Sunday, May 31, 12:00 - 3:00 p.m..
WORK PICK UP: Sunday, August 2, 12:00 - 3:00 p.m.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY* Artists are responsible for transportation and insurance of accepted work to and from the exhibition.
* Valley Art Gallery assumes no responsibility for damage or loss while work is in transit.
* Work will be insured while on display. Insurance value will be 65% of the sales price of the work.
SALES* All works must be for sale.
* Artist will determine the retail (selling) price of each piece. If sold, Valley Art Gallery will receive a 35% commission.
* All works will remain in the gallery until the end of the show.
