A “Moment in Time” is a juried photography contest that aims to highlight the art of capturing captivating photographs based on originality, creativity, and content. Any original photograph is eligible for the contest. Show us your best and most creative photograph! AI photographs, digitally created photographs, collages and photographs showing graphic content are not eligible.
Awards
First place will receive a cash prize of $1000, 2nd place $500 and 3rd place $250 plus 7 honorable mentions will receive a $100 prize.
One lucky entrant will also win a new Nikon DSLR camera kit.
Awards will be announced on a Thru the Lens Studios livestream on march 27, 2026 at 6 PM EST and hosted by celebrity juror Nicole Martinelli.
Entry Fees and schedule
Entries will be open from January 15, 2026 to March 8, 2026 or until the entry limit is reached.
The entry fee is $25 for the first 2 photographs and $10 each additional entry up to 5 total entries.
Juror
“A Moment in Time” photography contest will feature celebrity jurist Nicole Martinelli. Nicole is an Internationally Acclaimed Award Winning Artist and Photographer. Her photographs and Hand Painted E Paintings have been exhibited in 35 gallery exhibitions in the US, Italy, Spain and Switzerland.
Nicole will be featured in an upcoming episode of the Amazon Prime streaming series Women in Power on Legacy Makers TV and is one of Disruptor magazines top 20 Women to Watch in 2026.

All finalists photographs will be shown in our online 3D virtual art gallery for 60 days after the awards presentation.
