SELF PORTRAITS AT THE TRACTOR WORKS

Submissions will be accepted electronically at our website www.thewarm.org. Submit at the Link for Entrythingy.

NOTE -DO NOT SUBMIT your entry until you are satisfied you have
gotten all of the information you need entered correctly. The site allows you to go
back and make changes, as long as you have not submitted your entry.

YOU SUBMIT BY PAYING YOUR ENTRY FEE.
ONCE YOU HAVE PAID YOUR ENTRY FEE, YOUR WORK IS CONSIDERED SUBMITTED and you will NOT be able to go back and make changes to your entry.

Be sure you have checked titles and the dimensions of each piece.
If your works are Untitled, a short 3-5 word description will help differentiate your works. Additional descriptions of work are optional,
but not required.

Please indicate both dimensions of the artwork AND dimensions of
any framing, or other presentation.

Be sure the image is displayed in the direction it needs to be for viewing.
Please indicate sale price, and if the work is NFS ( Not for Sale), please indicate an
insurance value in parentheses after the NFS.
For example: NFS ( $400)
ONCE YOU HAVE PAID YOUR FEE, YOUR ENTRY IS CONSIDERED SUBMITTED AND you will NOT be able to go back and change your entry.

You may pay the $35 entry fee as you apply online. Your membership dues must be current for the duration of the show, meaning through Nov. 20, 2015. Please check the status of your membership and pay your membership fee if necessary before submitting your entry.

Submissions Materials Required:

Reminder: actual work may not exceed 4' wide by 6' high.

Jpegs for up to 3 recent works ( one detail image permitted) Jpegs should be no larger
than 1920 pixels on the longest side and the minimum width is 1000 pixels.The image
should be no larger than 3MB.
Resolution should be at least 72 ppi/dpi.
Video submissions must be .mov, .mp4, or .wmv and should run
no longer than 10 minutes.
A description of the work may be included, but is not required.
