Women of Courage: A CWCA Homage to Andrea Harris

The entry fee is $35 for 1 piece of work. All entries must be received by July 27, 2018 at 5:00pm.

A limited number of artists who experience financial hardship may be exempt from paying the entry fee; please send us an email to request a fee waiver: [email protected]

Open to all media and all artists 18 years and older. No work may exceed 40'wide (framed) and 48'length, or be more than 50 lbs.

All entries must include an artist statement.

All submitted work will be accepted as long as within the guidelines.

Works should be for sale and TAC will retain a commission of 35% for any sales during or as a result of the show.

All work must be available for the full duration of the exhibition.

All work must be original and may not have been exhibited at TAC previously.

The important dates for the show are as follows:
July 27, 2018, 5:00pm: Entry Deadline
August 3, 2018: Notifications Sent
August 21, 2018: Work must be delivered to TAC between 9:00 AM and 4 PM.
August 21, 2018: Shipped artwork must arrive at TAC by this day.

Shipped artwork must be sent in a reusable carton and must include a prepaid, return shipping label. TAC is not responsible for damage caused in transit.

August 31, 2018: Artist Reception 5:30pm to 7:30pm at TAC

October 4, 2018: Show Closes

October 4, 2018: Removal of artwork between 9am-4am Artists are responsible for drop-off and pick-up of artwork. TAC is not responsible for artwork left after October 5, 2018. The annual recycled event follows the exhibit, therefore, any work left past October 5th will be considered a generous donation by the artist.

Any shipped artwork will be returned a day following the show.

*****Please make sure that your artwork is labeled with your name and the title of the work.

Once you submit through paypal, submission is completed.

Do not pay until you are finished with your submission.
