A Quiet Composition

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
? Artist must be at least 18 years of
age.
? Artist must reside in the United
States of America.
? Up to 3 entries may be submitted.
? Artwork must be original (not
copied from other art or made from
a kit).
? Completed within the last three
years.
? Not shown previously in the St.
Louis Artists? Guild?s galleries.
? Works must be priced and marked
for sale or not for sale (NFS). NFS
work must include an insurance
value. The St. Louis Artists? Guild
will insure 65% of the value.

WALL MOUNTED WORK
? Wall Mounted Work shall not exceed 98?h x
84?w and 40lbs. Diptychs and triptychs which
exceed maximum size limitations for a single
entry will be considered as two or three entries
depending on total size.
? Hanging work should have wire and screw
eyes, French cleats, or other professional
hanging devices. No saw-tooth hangers. No
clip frames. Any other hanging method must be
approved by the St. Louis Artists? Guild.
? Canvases must be framed or gallery wrapped.
3-DIMENSIONAL ARTWORK
? Any one piece/art installation must not
exceed 84? x 60? x 60?
? Any one piece/art installation must not exceed
75 lbs.
? Ceiling suspended work components must not
weigh more than 10 lbs. each.
? Artist must provide computer, cords,
projectors, and any/all equipment if there is an
electrical component to the work.
The St. Louis Artists? Guild has the right to
reject any work that is unstable, unusually fragile
or does not meet the installation requirements.
If your work arrives damaged from shipping and
is unfixable your work will not be included in the
exhibit. If your piece can be fixed we will fix the
piece at a fee/cost to the artist.
If you are unable to provide the piece
selected by the juror, you will not be included
in the exhibition. Please do not double book
your art!

ENTRY PROCEDURES

EntryThingy is the method of entry to receive
submissions for this exhibition please go to
www.entrythingy.com for more information.
Each artist may submit up to three entries.
Submissions must be .jpeg images, image
proportions maximum 1920px on the longest
side, 300 dpi. You will receive emails when we
receive your entries and entry fees. We will only
accept online entries; do not send CDs or deliver
physical work for jurying.
St. Louis Artists? Guild members may submit up
to three pieces for a non-refundable fee of $24.
Non Members can submit up to three pieces for a
non-refundable fee of $35.

Sales are encouraged. The St. Louis Artists?
Guild receives a 35% commission on all
works sold through this exhibition.
Cash prizes totaling $1000 will be awarded
by the juror.

SHIPPING
We will only accept shipments from FedEx and
UPS. Please note that artists must have their
own account with FedEx or UPS. Artists are
responsible for shipping of artwork to and from
the St. Louis Artists? Guild, 12 North Jackson
Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63105. STLAG will not
pay for pick up fees. The artist assumes all
responsibility for insuring artwork against
shipping damage or loss. Shipped artwork
must include a prepaid shipping label with
account number. We will not accept postage
stamps. Please do not use Styro-foam popcorn
packing. STLAG will notify the Artist by email
when their work is ready to be picked up for
shipping.
