Spring: Color, Movement, Growth

1. All accepted piece(s) must be framed or on stretched canvas and wired properly.
No sawtooth hangers allowed.

2. The piece MUST be identified on the back, with the artist's name, title of the piece, medium, and selling price.

3. The artist hereby authorizes the St. Charles Arts Council to sell accepted artwork, on their behalf, at specified price upon submission.
Prices may not be changed after submission.

4. Any sold artwork is subject to a gallery commission structure of 60/40, where the artist will receive 60% of the total sale, and the St. Charles Arts Council will retain 40%. It is the responsibility of the artist to pay the state of Illinois the required sales tax.

5. Checks will be mailed for work that has been sold approximately 2 weeks after the close of the exhibit.

6. The artist shall deliver all pieces at their expense to the gallery on the designated dates. The gallery is located at 121 N. 2nd Street, St. Charles, Illinois 60174.
Any unsold work is to be picked up on the designated dates.

7. If your artwork will be picked up by someone other than you, please notify the St. Charles Arts Council in advance. ID may be required.
Any work not claimed within 7 days, without notifying the St. Charles Arts Council, becomes the property of the St. Charles Arts Council.

8. The artist gives the St. Charles Arts Council permission to use images of their work in both print and electronic media.

9. If an artist uses social media platforms, such as Facebook & Instagram, cross promotion is encouraged to maximize the visibility of the exhibition.
