You are invited to participate in our juried call for the 2nd Annual SCAC Holiday Pop-Up! The event will be held at the SCAC Gallery, located at 121 2nd Street in historic downtown St. Charles, IL, and will run from November 11th through December 20th.
We are looking for handmade goods—such as ceramics, jewelry, and textiles—as well as items featuring your artwork, including totes, coffee mugs, note cards, ornaments, and other non-perishable gift items. All submissions will be juried and will be chosen based on overall quality and space limitations. Gift items will be housed on large tabletop display in the center of the main gallery with a few smaller individual displays provided by the St. Charles Arts Council.
Eligibility & Event Details:
- Dates: November 11 – December 20, 2026
- Location: SCAC Gallery, N. 121 2nd Street, St. Charles, IL 60174
- Drop-Off: Monday, November 2, from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Pick-Up: Monday, December 21, from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
*** You must attend scheduled drop-off and pick-up times or send a representative to participate***
Submission Guidelines:
- Fee to participate: $30 for SCAC Members, Non $40
- Item Limits: small enough to be displayed on a table
- Requirements: All items must be original, created within the last 5 years.
- Items must be packaged appropriately (e.g., prints matted and sealed in cellophane).
For the entry fee you can submit up to 20 different types/ categories (called "Pieces" in entry-thingy).
Please upload pictures of each item- TYPE/ CATEGORY example:
Item- scarves in multiple colors
a picture of the scarves grouped or a closeup of 1 color. (you do not need to photograph each individual color). If there is a price variation of an item you'll need to submit as a new "piece."

for each item/ category you can upload 1-3 pictures as needed

- Sales Terms: All gift items must be for sale. Artists will receive 60% of the sale price, and the St. Charles Arts Council will retain 40%. (Please note: Do not select "NFS" in Entry-Thingy, even though it appears in the drop-down menu).
