Pop Art Exhibition Call for Artists

Legal Agreement - RULES AND TERMS

Artwork submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

All submissions must be uploaded through the CaFE platform.

All submitted artwork must be original, created by the submitting artist, and available for sale.

Artwork must meet any specified size, medium, or thematic requirements listed in the call.

If selected, artwork must arrive ready to hang with secure hardware (wired or D-rings).

Sparks Gallery reserves the right to decline any artwork that arrives damaged, is not ready to hang, or differs significantly from the images submitted.

Selected artists are responsible for shipping the artwork along with the Certificate of Authenticity to Sparks Gallery at: 530 6th Ave, San Diego, CA 92101

A prepaid return shipping label must be included.

Artists are responsible for insuring their artwork during transit. Sparks Gallery is not liable for damage incurred during shipping.

Artists may choose to insure artwork during the exhibition at their own expense.

All artwork must be for sale.

Standard gallery commission rates will apply (as outlined in the separate agreement).

Artists will receive payment for sold work within the timeframe specified in the agreement.

Selected artwork may not be removed for other exhibits while on display for this exhibition

Sparks Gallery reserves the right to photograph artwork for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.

Artwork must be delivered and picked up by the deadlines provided. Failure to pick up work on time may result in storage fees or other terms specified in the agreement.

If selected, a separate exhibition agreement outlining all terms, responsibilities, and commission structure will be sent to the artist for review and signature.

Submission through CaFE constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms listed above.
