Artist Participation in Soulard Oktoberfest
Soulard Artist Group , service provider/sponsor in consideration of the mutual benefits
accruing to Vendor and Soulard Oktoberfest Benevolent Association and in consideration
of the contributions of the various other vendors and individuals for the organization and
promotion of a festival to be known as the Soulard Oktoberfest hereby agrees to provide
the following cash, goods, or services to Soulard Oktoberfest Benevolent Association, a
501(C)(3) corporation and a Missouri nonprofit corporation, for the benefit of and
promotion of the Soulard Oktoberfest to be held October 10 ,11 & 12, 2014 in the
Soulard neighborhood, St. Louis Missouri;
Rent display 10X10 display space in Lift for Life Garden area:charge will be $100.00
Oktoberfest is responsible for providing electricity and on site security. SAF is only acting as a marketing and promotion manager for this section of the Oktoberfest event.

Saturday Oct. 11 11:00am - 12:am
Sunday Oct. 12 11:00am - 6:00pm
