State of the Art Gallery 36th Annual Juried Photography Show

*Art must never have been exhibited at the State of the Art Gallery.

*Entry fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee entry into the show. Entry fee must be paid by PayPal. (A PayPal account is not required.)

*All entries must be received by 5 pm, Thursday, May 1, 2025. Work will not be accepted after the deadline.

*Images of up to 4 works can be submitted.
They must be jpgs with a minimum width of 1200 pixels, between 750 kb and 2 mb in size.

*Changes after submission will not be permitted.

*Presentation: Standard practices of matting and framing should be followed. Pieces should be ready to hang by means of a wire or hanging device across the back or a clearly identified secure attachments.

*If your work is accepted into the show, it must be hand delivered by you or someone you designate to the gallery between Noon and 5:00 PM on Sunday, May 25 or between 9:00AM and 11:00 AM on Monday, May 26.

*All work must be retrieved on Sunday, June 29, 2025 between noon and 5 PM.

Sales
*The gallery will handle all sales, including appropriate sales tax. The gallery will charge a 30% commission on all sales.
Remember 30% will be deducted from your stated sales price, so price your work accordingly.

You will not be able to make any changes after submission.
