Please Note: As you enter the requested information about your work, make sure your spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and prices (format $00.00) are correct. It will appear exactly as you enter it on all forms, labels, and mailings.

ELIGIBLE WORKS:
Any 2-dimensional works on paper utilizing watercolor, oil, gouache, casein, acrylics, inks, prints, graphite, etching, charcoal, pastel, collage, pencil, mixed media, and others. Digital arts are allowed, but not photography or digitally edited photographs. All works must be offered for sale. Please include shipping cost in price. The PSC takes a 25% commission for all sales. All work must be original and not previously shown at the PSC. All items must be wired for hanging (no hooks, brackets or holes). Work accepted on-line that is deemed nonsuitable upon delivery at the PSC will not be displayed. Weight may not exceed 30 lbs. Maximum size is 40 in. in any dimension.

All submitted works of an 'Accepted' artist will be shown for sale in our free online gallery at sketchclub.org.

RECEPTION:
Reception: Sunday January 12th, 2025 1-3pm

AWARDS:
First, Second, and Third place prizes will be check awards with Contemporary Sketch Club Medals. Up to three Honorable Mentions will be awarded. Juror(s) will select works for exhibition; prizes are awarded after works are delivered. The awards are handed out at the reception at 2:00 PM.

Please upload your images in either JPG, GIF, or PNG formats. The image size must be more the 50 KB and less than 10 MB.

JUROR
Jill Rupinski:
Jill A. Rupinski is known for her surreal and inventive landscape imagery, working with abstract yet observed nature forms.

Her work has taken a narrative direction, with inspiration drawn from current topics and personal experience. Rupinski is equally a painter in oil as well as in soft pastel, and has taught, lectured and demonstrated color, pastel and drawing widely. She is represented by Cerulean Arts Gallery and Studio in Philadelphia. Her works and commissions reside in many public and private collections including Colgate University, the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Hospital, University of Pennsylvania, and Villanova University.

She received her Certificate from PAFA in 1977 and a BFA from the Philadelphia College of Art in 1981. Among her awards are PAFA's prestigious William Emlen Cresson Memorial Travel Scholarship, the Philadelphia Mayor?s Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Fine Arts from PAFA, and the Percy Owens Memorial Award for a Distinguished Pennsylvania Artist from the Fellowship of PAFA.

Rupinski teaches Basic Color, Cast Drawing, Advanced Cast Drawing, Still Life Painting, and Painting from the Masters in the Certificate/BFA program. She is also an instructor in the Continuing Education program.
