Southern California Women's Caucus for Art will host a booth at the October Beverly Hills Art Show that takes place on the grassy terrain of the historic Beverly Gardens Park along Santa Monica Boulevard on October 19-20 from 10 am to 6 pm each day. This is a unique opportunity to present our organization and members' artwork.

Open to ALL current Southern California Women's Caucus for Art MEMBERS ONLY. To join go to www.nationalwca.org to join and be sure to select CAS as the chapter.

KEY DATES
Deadline: Monday, October 7, 11:59 pm
Deliver Art: Friday October 18, 10am
Pick Up Art: Sunday October 20, 6 pm

Exhibition features 2D and 3D artworks. No diptychs. No AI work. Hand deliver only. No shipping. No video. No installations.
Sales are immediate with the buyer taking their purchased artwork with them.

PRESENTATION & ARTWORK SIZES - ALL 2D ARTWORK MUST BE no larger than 20x20 inches including frame no exceptions. The base of 3D work must meet the same size guidelines maximum 20x20 inches and the maximum height is 24 inches. All free-standing 3D work will be displayed on one table (no pedestals allowed). Plexiglass MUST be used on framed artwork. NO GLASS. NO COMPLICATED HANGING OR HEAVY ARTWORK.

Artists MUST hand deliver (NO SHIPPING) their artwork on Friday, October 18, 10am at Beverly Gardens Park. We recommend carpooling or coordinating drop off and pick up with other SCWCA artists. Directions and booth information will be provided later.

Artwork submissions are limited to ONE original piece per artist as JPEGs. Name JPEG files, artist last name and title plus dimensions. Example, Smith_funhouse10x12.jpg. Do not use double quotation marks, colons or semicolons in names. Submit ONE JPEG sized at 300 dpi resolution. Image should be cropped to remove background and/or frame. Make sure ARTWORK MEASUREMENTS ARE HEIGHT BY WIDTH.

Please review all personal information in your 'My Profile' (name, email, phone, etc) to make sure it is accurate. PLEASE CAPTIALIZE FIRST AND LAST NAME and CONFIRM EMAIL ADDRESS and PHONE INFO are correct.

ENTRY & FEE - Entry fee is $15. All work must be for sale. Payment is made through entrythingy via credit card. Fees are non-refundable. To join SCWCA, go to www.nationalwca.org. Be sure to select CAS as the chapter.

SUBMISSION CRITERIA AND CONTENT
Entry must be original and executed by the artist within the last 5 years. Once submitted, artwork may not be substituted or withdrawn by the artist. All unsold artwork must remain at Beverly Hills Art Show until Sunday, October 20 at 6pm.

All hanging artwork must have wire and hanging hardware suitable for the size and weight of the piece. No saw-tooth or clips. No glass. All artwork MUST be prepared to hang. ARTWORK NOT READY FOR HANGING WILL NOT BE SHOWN.

SALES and INSURANCE
All sales will be handled on site. 80% to artists 20% to the SCWCA Community Fund. ALL ARTWORK MUST BE FOR SALE.

Beverly Hills Art Show will provide security on-site throughout the entire weekend. SCWCA will secure our booth to the best of our ability with tarps hiding artwork from view when the show is not taking place. No insurance is provided. Artists are advised to insure their artwork.

LOCATION - Beverly Hills Art Show takes place at the historic Beverly Gardens Park along Santa Monica Boulevard. Exact location of the SCWCA booth to come.

PUBLICITY - SCWCA and Beverly Hills Art Show may use images of artwork for publicity purposes. Artists agree to allow reproduction of their digital files and/or photographs taken of their art for educational, publicity and archival purposes.
