San Antonio Glass Art Guild: Untamed Exhibition

EXHIBITION VENUE
The exhibition will be held at the Bulverde Area Art Center (BAAC) in downtown Bulverde, Texas with an opening reception on August 15th.

The Untamed exhibition will have an online component featured on the San Antonio Glass Art Guild website in addition to a printed exhibit catalog.

JURORS
Jurors will include Alice Benvie Gebhart, artist and owner of Heritage Art Gallery and Glass Studio, Larry West, hot glass instructor at Southwest School of Art and Dina Wooten, president of the Bulverde Area Art Center.

ELIGIBILITY
The exhibition is open to all visual artists, 18 years of age or older, who are currently residing in Texas. Entries must be original works of art that have been completed within the last two (2) years.

MEDIA
Entries must use glass as a visual element. This can include blown glass, kiln formed glass, flame worked glass, stained glass, etched glass, mosaics, lamination, enamels, mixed media, etc.

SPECIFICATIONS
If accepted, the original hanging works must be wired for hanging and must not exceed 36” in width, including frame.

Sculptural work is limited to a maximum of 72” x 36”x 36” freestanding, or must fit on a 12” x 12” pedestal, weighing no more than 50lbs.

ENTRIES
Entries should be submitted via www.entrythingy.com. Include a non-refundable entry fee of $35.00 (non-members) or $30.00 (SAGAG members) for up to three pieces. You may also submit up to two additional pieces at $10.00 for each.
