Autumn Juried Show 2020

RAC Members: $20 for 1 piece; $10 for each additional piece up to 5; Art Angels (Life Members- enter as Art Angel): $2 for 1 piece, $1 for each additional piece up to 5; Non-Members: $30 for 1 piece, $10 for each additional piece up to 5. Entry Fee is non-refundable in the event your work is not accepted to the show. Non-members, please DO NOT enter as a member (paying member fees) or your work will not be considered for selection in the show. ONCE YOU SUBMIT YOUR WORK, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ADD ADDITIONAL PIECES. PLEASE BE SURE OF THE PIECES YOU WANT TO SUBMIT BEFORE HITTING THE 'SUBMIT' BUTTON.

Submission Requirements:

Photos must be uploaded in .jpg format. The maximum file size is 5 mb. The minimum file size is 900 kb and the minimum image width is 1000 px.

Two dimensional work may not exceed 40 inches in length or height, including frame. Three dimensional art may not exceed 36 inches x 36 inches.

Work must be original, completed within last three years and not exhibited at RAC before. No giclees, other than for photography.

No work may be submitted on the behalf of an artist without their permission, or on the behalf a deceased artist.

No renderings or copies of other artist's work.

RAC Policies:

Photographs of artwork may be used for publicity for the exhibitions. Please take a photo of your work before it is under glass to ensure that the photo does justice to it. You retain all rights to your work.

Chairperson's discretion: the chairperson may refuse any entry on the grounds of unsuitability.

Sales: At least one piece of artwork must be for sale. If two entries are selected by the juror, one may be NFS. RAC will collect a commission of 30% on all sales.

Waiver for Pictures Taken/Used: RAC documents each RAC exhibition with photographs. Entry into an exhibition at the Rowayton Arts Center constitutes permission to photograph you and/or your artwork, and to use an image of your artwork in promotional materials for the exhibition and for the Rowayton Arts Center.
