Prizes: Best in Photography $100, Best in Fine Art $100, Producers Choice Awards (2) $50 each. Accepted artists receive a weekend Artists Pass for themselves and may purchase an Artist Plus One pass for $30.
Artists may submit up to 5 pieces on each entry, and may submit up to 3 entries. The $30 submission fee for up to 5 pieces is non-refundable.
Early submission deadline: January 2nd - Accepted Artists will be notified by January 4th in time to purchase a Hotel Room Request no later than January 6th.
Late submission deadline: February 1st - Accepted Artists will be notified by February 3rd.
Work must be hand delivered on Thursday, April 10th 2025 or Friday morning, April 11th. Prints (other than photographs) must be identified as such, and must be in limited editions on archival paper, numbered and signed by the artist. All two dimensional artwork must be ready to hang: matted, framed, signed by the artist, and labeled with artist name and title. Work not ready to hang will be left out of the show. Please refer to hanging instructions that will be provided if work is accepted. Delivered work that differs from work accepted will not be displayed unless previously approved. Work may not be picked up before the closing of the exhibition.
Work may not have been previously exhibited at REAF. Artists are responsible for providing contact info for potential art buyers and this info will be displayed with the art. Sales are between artist and buyer and REAF does not take a commission.
Artists must be 18 and over. Artists must certify that they possess a model release for photographs of any identifiable person. In addition, if nude or engaged in sexual activity, artists must certify that they possess a legible copy of valid ID proving model's age to be 18+. Entries that depict minors will NOT be accepted.
REAF is not responsible for theft or damage to pieces displayed. REAF does not provide insurance coverage for art displayed or sold at the show. While we make every reasonable attempt to protect your art, including round-the-clock security, we recommend you verify that your insurance coverage extends to your display in the show.
Cameras will be allowed at the event, but photos may not be used commercially or for festival publicity without the artist's permission.
