31st Extremely Minnesota Fine Arts Exhibition

ENTRY FEES:
Entry Fee is $30 for up to two (2) pieces. This fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee acceptance.

SUBMISSION OF IMAGES:
• Artists may submit one (1) image for each 2D work of art.
• 2D image should not include matting and/or frame unless either is inherently part of the art work.
• Two (2) images may be submitted for each 3D work. The second may serve as a detail of the 3D work.

HOW TO PAY ENTRY FEE:
• With credit card: Click the PayPal button. Once the credit card is processed your entry is marked as SUBMITTED.
• Pay entry fee by check: DO NOT CLICK THE PAYPAL BUTTON. Close out of entry system once you have added your information and images. Your entry status will say NOT SUBMITTED until Robbin Gallery receives and processes your payment.
• Your mailed entry fee payment must be received by October 2, 2026. Please allow time for mail delivery.
• Mail your check to EXTREMELY MINNESOTA - Robbin Gallery, 4915 42nd Ave. N., Robbinsdale, MN 55422.

INSURANCE:
Robbin Gallery of Art makes every effort to safeguard art while in the possession of the Gallery. However, Robbin Gallery does not insure displayed art work; it is recommended artist(s) arrange for insurance coverage as necessary.

ELIGIBILITY:
• All Minnesota residents age 18 or older may enter up to two (2) pieces through EntryThingy.com.
• Entries must be original works of art completed within the last three years and not produced under the supervision of an instructor.
• Works previously exhibited at Robbin Gallery are not eligible.
• Artist stipulates all elements of the works are their own and they own the copyright of submitted materials.
• Indicate on entry if all or part of the artwork is AI generated.

MEDIA:
• 2D and 3D visual art forms including but not limited to painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, textile, photography, digital*, mixed media are acceptable. Sorry, we cannot accept video or performance art nor works requiring an electrical hook-up.

*NOTE: Digital Art includes digitally created painting/drawing/collage and digitally altered/transformed photography. All artwork components must be original to the artist. Generative AI is not allowed in part or in whole.

OWNERSHIP:
• Artists must exhibit original works. Robbin Gallery does not exhibit reproductions/copies of original paintings, drawings, etc. Prints are allowed if this is common practice for the medium as in photography, lithography, block-printing and digital.

SIZE LIMIT:
• 2-dimensional works must not exceed 40 inches in any direction, including a frame.
• 3-dimensional works must not exceed 36 inches in any direction and must be self-supporting and ready
to install.

FRAME REQUIREMENTS FOR 2-D WORK:
• All 2-dimensional work must be properly prepared for exhibition.
• The work must be framed with wire securely attached; no clips.
• Unframed paintings must have finished edges.
• The following are not accepted:
Wet paint, clamp/clip frames, fragile frames, glass frames, and thick, bulky, decorative frames not represented in the juried image as part of the work of art.
• Robbin Gallery reserves the right to reject work that it deems unprofessionally framed, potentially dangerous, or too fragile for the Gallery’s display system.
