Terms and Conditions
- Reuben Saunders Gallery reserves the right to exclude any incomplete or
incorrect submissions from the jury process.
- Reuben Saunders Gallery reserves the right to exclude from exhibition any works
that arrive at the venue in unstable or damaged condition, or that differ from the
submitted entry images or information.
- Entry fees are non-refundable.
- Accepted artwork may not be withdrawn prior to the closing date of the exhibition.
- Artists agree to allow the Reuben Saunders Gallery to use images of their artwork in
promotional materials.
- Artwork left at the gallery for more than 90 days following the closing of the exhibition
will become the property of Reuben Saunders Gallery. Reuben Saunders Gallery reserves the right to sell,
donate, or dispose of abandoned exhibition artwork.
- Exhibiting artists agree to donate two (2) bowls
The Wichita Ceramics National Exhibition is part of a cluster of events that are centered around the annual Wichita Empty Bowls fundraiser. This is an annual event that raises awareness about hunger and food insecurity. The featured event is a bowl sale and chili cook-off, which draws together artists, local galleries and museums, and food industry partners in Wichita. Exhibiting artists are asked to donate two functional bowls that will be offered for sale to the public. 100% of the sales of these bowls will go to the Empty Bowls beneficiaries.
