2026 Haddonfield Crafts & Fine Art Festival

All entries must include:

1. Uploaded images (5 total, including a booth space with tent photo as #5)
2. Completed application
3. Jury fee check or money order mailed to Renaissance Craftables - OR payment via Paypal

DEADLINE: March 8, 2026
Notification by March 15, 2026

SPACE: Outdoor festival; 10 x 10 space, no room for storage. Tent with sides and at least 30 lb. weights per leg (40 lb. preferred) required.


Booth fee will be due upon acceptance into the show by check or money order; or a Paypal link which will be sent to you in an Acceptance email.

IMAGES FOR JURYING:

REQUIRED IMAGES (5 IMAGES):

1. 4 images of your artwork; image #1 will be used in PR

2. 1 image of your booth (showing artwork and displays within your tent) preferably at an outdoor show; booth/image display should be #5 in sequence.

IMAGE FORMAT:

1. Dimensions: minimum 550 pixels wide (largest side)
2. File Format: .jpeg/JPEG. (We recommend saving as Baseline Standard over Progressive or Baseline Optimized if you are given the choice)
3. File Size: minimum 100K and maximum 1 MB
4. Color space: Save images in an RGB color space, preferably sRGB.

Caution: If you plan to use your ZAPP images, make sure you use the original images you prepared for upload to ZAPP. It is our experience that artists who download their images from the ZAPP website are actually getting images that are smaller in size than what they uploaded. Please be careful.

Your booth and work should be consistent with your images. Only the category of work shown in your images can be displayed at this show.

All work must be original, designed and produced by you, the artist. You, the artist, must be present at the show.

No imports, 'buy/sell,' commercial or manufactured items including those made with kits, molds or patterns are permitted in this show, nor any direct service nor marketing companies.
