Call for Exhibition Proposals

GENERAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
• Original artwork only (no giclees, digital or AI works).
• $50 non-refundable application fee (plus $50 due at acceptance).
• Brief description/theme of the proposed exhibit.
• Short bio of curator(s).
• Upload a minimum of 5 to 10 high quality JPEG images. Submitted artwork should be representational of your show’s content/vision. They do not have to be the actual pieces for the show. We realize pieces may be sold before your exhibit dates.
• Accepted artists must provide enough artwork to fill the entire gallery (35 to 40 paintings depending on size).
• Artists are responsible for the delivery, installation and removal of their artwork.
• One week prior to the show all pieces must be entered into the Entrythingy.com system. PARC supports all expressions and mediums of art. Because our facility serves all ages, toddlers to adults, PARC has the discretion to decline submissions and review installations so that it can ensure a safe, family-friendly venue.
• We do not accept shipments.
• Artists provide their own title cards, contact information and work directly with any interested buyers.

PARC will take reasonable care to protect your original artwork. However, PARC its members, volunteers or anyone connected with the exhibition are not responsible for loss and damage. Artists waive all rights to damages. It is the artist’s responsibility to insure their work.
