Plein Air Travels

The application fee is $25.00 for registration, deadline is January 10, 2021.
Fee is payable on-line by applying to
Www.pleinairpalmbeach.com/callforentry by credit card and is non-refundable.

Via their on-line entry, artists must include a completed application, and release agreement, along with up to 5 high quality jpgs of original travel plein air work. Images must be labeled as follows; your full initials, the number that corresponds with your entry (1, 2, or 3), title of piece (or an abbreviation of the title). For example RDP1OceanAtDelray.jpg. File size for submitted Images should be no larger than 2 MB and no smaller than 500Kb in size.

All submissions must have been painted without the use of photographs or have been painted in a workshop or class (unless you were the instructor).

All applications must be received by January 10, 2021.

Applications will be collected and reviewed for image quality. Images that are not cropped correctly, have frame showing or other images quality problems will not be accepted. Other than image quality, there is no jurying of art quality.

Images will be used at the discretion of the committee for publicity purposes. All applicants will be contacted by January 12th, 2020 as to whether they have been accepted in this online exhibit.

(Incomplete applications will not be processed)

Note: All artists are responsible for collectoig 6.5% taxes and for shipping and packaging costs associated with the sale of artwork.

RELEASE AGREEMENT Plein Air Travels Online Exhibit 2021
By entering Plein Air Travels Online Exhibit 2021, I affirm that I have read the entire prospectus and by signing this entry form I agree to be bound by all terms outlined in the prospectus.

All sales will be handled by artist. A 20% commission on all works sold will be due to Plein Air Palm Beach. All artists are responsible for collecting 6.5% taxes for Palm Beach County and for shipping and packaging costs associated with the sale of artwork.
I hereby agree that I, the Artist, agree to defend, indemnify and hold Plein Air Palm Beach and/or any individual associated with the exhibit harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, losses, cause of action, damages, liabilities, obligations, costs, expenses, and judgments (including, without limitation, death and damages to property) caused by the Artist's acts or omissions or failure to abide by rules or out of the Artist's involvement in the PAPB Plein Air Travels 2021 Online Exhibit. Insurance and FL Sales Tax is my responsibility.
