3rd Annual BIG Art Show

The BIG Art Show is open to all artists, especially those with an interest in supporting art education in public schools.

Submissions
- Artists may submit up to four (4) pieces (artworks), with up to three (3) images per artwork.
-Please include an Artist Statement with your submission.
-Images must be at least 100kb and 500 pixels wide, and not larger than 5mb.
- All submitted work must be offered for sale during the exhibition.
- Artists receive 50% of the sales price of the work. All proceeds from this show will directly, support art education in the public school district.
- Sales occurring as a result of the exhibit up to 30 days after closing date are subject to 40% of commission, please. It's for the kids!
- All work must be original.
- All work must be ready for display and include all necessary hardware, hanging wire, stands etc.
- Wall art must come ready to hang with D ring and hanging wire. French cleats, sawtooth, tape,
no hanging apparatus, etc. are not acceptable due to venue constraints.
- PAF reserves the right of refusal on all work that is too fragile to be displayed properly and safely.

Entry Fees
-$25 for 1-4 entries, proceeds to benefit art education in public schools.

Jury notification-March 1, 2019

Delivery date-March 15, 2019 between 9-11am

Opening-March 16, 6-8pm

Pick Up date-March 31, 2019 between 10am-noon
-Due to limited storage, work not collected on March 31 will be fined $5 per late day. PAF and PCA are not responsible for work left beyond 30 days after closure of show.

Insurance information
- Insurance is neither provided nor required for this exhibition. All reasonable care will be taken with the work but insurance is the responsibility of the artist. PAINTS, PCA and their representatives assume no liability for damage or loss.
