Second Annual Juried Art Show - Picket Fence Art Studio

Terms of Entry for Entrants

1. Submission Process
All entries must be submitted online through EntryThingy. No mail-in submissions will be accepted. Entry fees must be paid in full at the time of submission. Entries submitted without payment will not be considered.

2. Jury Process & Image Use
Artwork will be juried based on the images submitted. Artists are responsible for providing high-quality images that accurately represent their work.
Artists retain full rights to their artwork. By submitting, artists grant Picket Fence Art Studio permission to use submitted images for promotional purposes related to the exhibition.

3. Artwork Specifications

* All work must be original and created by the submitting artist
* 2D artwork only
* Artwork may be any size up to 16 x 20 inches (unframed)
* Maximum framed size: approximately 20 x 24 inches
* Work must be completed within the last 2 years

4. Originality
All artwork must be original. No copies, derivatives, or work based on copyrighted or trademarked material (including other artists’ work) will be accepted.

5. Sales Requirement
All accepted artwork must be available for sale, and pricing must remain consistent for the duration of the exhibition.

6.Presentation Requirements
All accepted artwork must be professionally presented and ready to hang:

* All 2D work must be wired for hanging (no sawtooth hangers or brackets)
* Wire should be securely attached and positioned appropriately
* Unframed gallery-wrapped canvases must have finished edges
* No wet or unstable work will be accepted
* Each piece must be clearly labeled on the back with artist name, title, medium, dimensions, and price

Picket Fence Art Studio reserves the right to refuse any artwork that does not meet these requirements.

7. Commission & Payment
Picket Fence Art Studio will retain a 35% commission on all works sold during the exhibition. Artists will receive 65% of the final sale price.

Payments will be issued no later than the 20th of the month following the sale.
If artwork is sold on a payment plan, the artist’s payment will be issued after the artwork has been paid in full.

8. Delivery & Pickup
Accepted artwork must be delivered during the designated drop-off window. Artists are responsible for arranging pickup of unsold work at the end of the exhibition. Work not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to storage fees.

9. Liability
While every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of submitted artwork, Picket Fence Art Studio is not responsible for loss or damage. Artists are encouraged to carry their own insurance. By entering, artists agree to hold Picket Fence Art Studio and its staff harmless for any loss or damage.

Agreement
By submitting artwork to the Second Annual Juried Art Show, the artist acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.
