Please submit the following through this online submission system:

Statement: a) Brief letter of interest (not to exceed 1 page) with your reaction to the project, experience with the neighborhood, teaching and/or community outreach experience, and any relevant experience with public art installations and budget management;

Resume: b) Current resume (2 pages max) describing any public art experience, community engagement experience, large-scale installations, or other experience relevant to this project. All members on artists' team must submit a resume.
Include at the bottom of you resume: e) Two [2] to Three [3] Professional References. Contact information must include name, position, organization, phone number, email address, and relationship to applicant.

Upload Images:
c) Eight [8] images of artwork [completed in the past five years] representative of the artist[s] work, and student work (if applicable, be sure to indicate in image description). If a team submission, submit up to 12.
d) Corresponding image information will be requested through the online system: Size, medium, location, budget (if applicable), and date completed. No computer renderings or altered images should be submitted.
