Winter Show of Small Works

All entries must be original work by the entrant.

SIZE REQUIREMENTS
Small Works must not exceed 144 square inches including the frame. The longest side of the work must not exceed 12'

FRAMING REQUIREMENTS

No sectional frames, metal frames, or glass clips

All accepted work must have a label with the following information attached to the back

a. Artist Name
b. Title of Art

ENTRY FEES
$15 for the first piece, $5 per each additional pieces, up to 7 pieces. Limit 7 pieces per artist. PLEASE NOTE size requirements and framing requirements. Parklane Gallery reserves the right to refuse any entry that does not meet these requirements. All entry fees are non-refundable.

RULES OF ENTRY
1. All registration and entry for this show is done online. Please review the prospectus and enter online; entry fees are part of the registration process.

2. All entries will be juried based on the image submitted with online registration.

3. All work must be photographed with the frame.

IMPORTANT:

In the dimensions space indicate the size of the ARTWORK (hxw)

In the description of your work, include the size of the FRAME from edge to edge (hxw)

If accepted, the description of the artwork will be used to describe the work in the online store. Include all relevant details, including medium, image and frame size.

Artists should ensure that images of artwork are of good quality and are representative of the original. When photographing your own work avoid background clutter, glare or reflection. Do not skew the proportions of the artwork. Ensure the photo is in focus and properly lit. Images may be used by Parklane Gallery to promote the show via publications and online. NOTE Images submitted must have a minimum 1920 pixels on the longest side.

All work must be for sale. Suggested minimum price is $100. There will be a 35% commission on sold work.

Only original works by the artist will be accepted. Artists ensure that the work does not infringe upon any copyrighted material or work by another artist. All work submitted must be new to Parklane Gallery and have been created in the last 5 years.
No wet work will be accepted.
Packaged and shipped art should be carefully labeled and packed to avoid damage.
Parklane Gallery reserves the right to refuse any entry that does not meet entry specifications
