Note: this show is both hanging and online. Juror chooses prizes from all accepted pieces, and all accepted pieces are in the online store at the start of the show. Due to limited wall space, some accepted pieces will be in "November hanging", and some will be in "December hanging".
All accepted work must arrive by the arrival deadline.
>> SIZE REQUIREMENTS <<
Maximum size for each 2D entry (work that is displayed on the wall) must be less than 169 square inches (height x width, including the outter side of the frame). The longest side of the finished piece including frame must not exceed 13 inches.
Maximum size for 3D artwork is to be 6" in any dimension.
There is no lower limit for size. Accepted pieces with image size smaller than 25 square inches and which follow the accepted definition of 'miniature' may be exhibited in a separate Miniatures section of the show.
>> WIRING AND FRAMING REQUIREMENTS <<
1. All entries must be ready to hang, wired properly with D rings. On very small works a sawtooth hanger is acceptable.
2. The back of all pieces must exhibit quality, as appropriate for the type of presentation used. Pieces with the back covered with paper must be neat; no wrinkled paper or exposed tape.
3. Unframed work, such as gallery-wrapped canvas, must have the edges painted.
4. No Glass clips (glass attached without a frame covering the edges) will be accepted.
5. No pieces with folded table-top stands attached to the back of the work will be accepted.
6. All entries must have clear labels SECURELY attached to the back, including the following information:
a. Artist Name
b. Title of Art
c. Medium
d. Price

$25 for the base entry fee, $5 per piece, up to 7 pieces per artist.
PLEASE CAREFULLY NOTE all rules of entry, size and framing requirements. Even once accepted, Parklane Gallery reserves the right to refuse any entry that does not meet these requirements. All entry fees are non-refundable.
>> RULES OF ENTRY <<
1. Registration and entry for this show is done online. For questions regarding entering the show, contact

2. Only original works by the artist will be accepted. Artists must ensure that the work does not infringe upon any copyrighted material or work by another artist.
3. All entries will be juried based on the image submitted with online registration. To best represent the work, follow these rules for each image submitted:
a. Recommended size for images is 1200 pixels on the longest size.
b. Ensure that images of artwork are of good quality, in focus, and are representative of the original.
c. Take the photograph straight-on, not at an angle, without glare or reflection.
d. Crop so that there is no background clutter visible.
4. All work must be for sale. Suggested minimum price is $100. There will be a 35% commission on sold work.
5. No wet work will be accepted.
6. Images of accepted entries may be used by Parklane Gallery to promote the show via publications and online.
7. When filling out the entry form, please include your social media handle (if you have one) in your statement, to help promote your work during the show.
