First Impressions of Olmsted Falls - Our Invitation to Your Imagination

You must submit a photograph or high-resolution JPG of artwork. Include title, medium, dimensions (HxW), and any additional information about the work. The artist bio/statement should not exceed 200 words.

Entry Fee: $10 for 1 or 2 pieces
$15 for 3 pieces

Exhibition:Details on the art show will be communicated to each artist via phone/email.
All artwork must be wired for hanging. No exposed glass edges, clip frames, or saw-tooth hanging devices will be accepted. No exceptions.

SUBMISSION OF IMAGES
The City accepts only EMAILED digital images/files for consideration. No exceptions can be made.

Digital Format: Preferred method is to submit a complete application on the City’s web site through entrythingy.com. Digital images can be submitted by e-mail to: [email protected]. The email and online submission process is highly preferred because it makes our process more efficient and saves postage and materials for the artists and ensures better organization. Entry images must meet the following specifications:
Artwork must be photographed on a solid background
One image per 2D entry

Uploaded image size requirements: 1024 x 768 pixels or smaller (width x height) – less than 6MB and saved as a JPEG

FILE NAMING:
All entry files (regardless of type or media) must be named with artist's last name (underscore) first name, followed by the entry number as noted on the entry form (i.e. Jones_Mike_1.jpg). Please DO NOT include any other information in the file name, such as title of work, etc.
