- All work submitted for consideration must be ORIGINAL in execution and content. No reproductions or giclee are allowed.
- All work must be new to the Norris (never exhibited in the gallery).
- All work MUST be for sale. Norris Galleries will collect 30% commission on sold work.
- Work may be posted on the Norris Galleries website, as well as in the gallery.

- Accepted work must be prepared in accordance with gallery guidelines.
- Directions will be sent to accepted artists concerning preparation of accepted work. Work must accommodate the Walker hanging system used in the gallery.
- Open to all 2D and 3D media that fits withing these size and dimensional limits:
- 2D WORK:
- maximum weight including framing is 40 pounds
- 2D artwork must be framed and have wire securely attached to the back of the glass display case
- 2D work will be hung on the gallery walls or displayed in a locked glass display case
- 2D artwork cannot exceed 3'x 3' for a single framed piece
or the equivalent total inches
- 3D WORK:
- Maximum weight of artwork is 20 pounds
- Smaller 3D work must fit in locked glass display case, and not exceed height of 20 inches, width is 18 inches, depth is 12 inches.
- Medium sized 3D work (larger than case limits) may be displayed on pedestals in the gallery. A limited number of pedestals are available or artist can supply their own pedestals.
- Larger 3D must be freestanding and be able to be displayed on the gallery floor. All larger work must fit thru the Center's door and be easily moved by gallery volunteers.
Content - Work must be suitable for viewing by all audiences
- For work requiring special display accommodations (such as jewelry stands or diptychs), artist must provide appropriate materials and/or instructions.
- All work must have an artist identification label attached to the work (directions will be
sent to accepted artists).
- The Norris reserves the right to refuse to exhibit any work that does not follow gallery requirements. All work accepted for the gallery must be suitable for viewing by all audiences. NCAC reserves the sole right to make final show decisions.
- Artists are responsible for providing insurance for their work.
- A non-refundable entry fee of $35.00 will be charged to each artist.
- An artist may submit up to 3 works for consideration.
- Monetary and honorable mention awards will be presented during the artists' reception.
- All exhibited work must remain on display for the duration of the show and cannot be picked up prior to the scheduled pick-up date. Artwork substitutions are not allowed for the show.
- Work must be picked up by the artist or by a representative designated by the artist. Work not picked up after seven days of the closing of the show will become property of the Norris Cultural Arts Center.
- Artists are encouraged to submit a resume or biography
- NCAC reserves the right to photograph all exhibited work for use in catalogues, NCAC website,
and for educational, publicity and promotional purposes.
