Bold Expression 2017

* The Judge will select artwork for the show from the online entries.
* Artist will be notified by e-mail that their entry is accepted or declined.
* Artist whose artwork is accepted will then submit their original artwork for final judging and awards. Artwork which differs from the images submitted will NOT be shown.
*Awards will be given at the Judge's discretion.
* The decision of the Judge is final.

Notification of Accepted or Rejected Jury Results will be sent via e-mail by Aug. 20-21, 2017.

*ELIGIBILITY: Original art works, created within the last 2 years and not previously shown at the Sacramento Fine Arts Center. No copies of published pictures or works, giclees, videos, film or crafts. No class or workshop art, and no work reproduced by any commercial process. No photography, video or film.

3 dimensional works weight limit: 70 pounds.
No size limit on 2 dimensional works, but all Artwork must fit through a standard size door.

Please have work ready to hang or display professionally. Ready to hang with wire, appropriate for size and correct display of art is necessary.

ARTISTS AGREEMENT: (by clicking on the agreement button, the artists agrees to the following, in full)
My submitted works are 100% original, not copies from any published photographs, prints, films, videos or from another artist's work. No class or workshop art, and no work reproduced by any commercial process will be accepted. These have not been shown in any exhibit at the Sacramento Fine Arts Center and have been created within the last 2 years. Shipped works will be charged a crating fee, $25/1 artwork $30/2. Artists are responsible for return shipping costs. Selected works will not be released before the close of the show. I understand there is NO STORAGE after the show I will pick up my work on Sunday, October 29 at 3:00pm. I will be charged $5.00 per day, per work if it is not removed by closing hours of Nov. 3, 2017. Artwork to be shipped will be crated during the week of Nov. 1. Work left after one month becomes the property of NCA. The Sacramento Fine Arts Center and its organizations will not be held responsible for loss or damage of any work. All members assisting with this project shall not be held responsible for any liability arising from this exhibit. Insurance and shipping fees are the responsibility of the artist. Upon notification that my artwork will be included in the exhibition, I understand it will be hand carried or shipped to NCA, Inc., 5330-B Gibbons Dr., Carmichael, CA 95608.
ARTIST MEDIA RELEASE: I grant Northern California Arts, Inc. permission to publish photographs of my work in its publicity and catalog for the 62nd International Open Juried Art Exhibit.
