NIMBASH 2025 is THE arty-party of the Napa Valley and now in its 16th year. This annual sold-out event brings 450 art enthusiasts, collectors and bidders from all over the country to support this small yet dynamic art center. Nimbus Arts invites artists in the Bay Area to submit up to six pieces of their work for this unique opportunity to exhibit and sell their work.
NEW THIS YEAR: In addition to selecting 60 pieces for our silent auction, we will choose a limited number of works to be featured in the LIVE AUCTION. or presented in the CURATOR'S CHOICE display area. This call is for for work with a retail price of $600 to $25,000. Artists can elect to receive up to 50% of the final selling price. Minimum bids generally start at 60 percent of retail value. Our jury includes:
Chandra Cerrito/Art consultant is an art consultant and curator with a BA in art history and MFA in sculpture. Since 2004, Chandra Cerrito / Art Advisors has provided artworks for corporate, heath care and hospitality spaces throughout Northern CA. As a public art advisor, Chandra has also worked with developers, property owners and cities to manage over 50 public art projects and develop public art policy.
Matt Rogers/ Artist and Nimbus Arts Board of Trustee
Matt is a lifelong resident of California, painter and art collector. He has an accomplished exhibition record with Caldwell Snyder Gallery. His commitment to the supporting local arts extends to being a Nimbus Arts Board Trustee.
Nancy Willis/ Artist and Curator
Nancy has lived and worked in the Napa Valley for thirty years. Her work can be found in national exhibitions and the StARTup Art Fair 2025 San Francisco. Willis painting practice extends out into the community through curatorial projects, teaching and advocacy for the arts.
