SUBMISSION All images must be JPGs, resolution from 72 to 300ppi, maximum file size 2MB. File names should include your name and title: 'Monet_WaterLilies.jpg'. Do not include special characters (such as / ' : ; , * ? + [ ] \) in file names. We recommend an embedded sRGB color profile for most reliable color. The gallery reserves the right to reject substitutions, work not accurately represented, and work arriving after specified delivery dates below. Work must remain for the exhibition's duration. Works not picked up will be stored and released at gallery's convenience.

ARTWORK SHIPPING All shipped work must arrive in sturdy, reusable containers by Saturday July 28. Work cannot be accepted from non-U.S. addresses. Artists are responsible for prepaid return shipping by UPS or FedEx and for any insurance in transit.

HAND DELIVERY OF WORK Work can be hand-delivered to the gallery during business hours July 26-28, 2013. It must be picked up during business hours August 19-20, 2013.

Complete shipping/delivery instructions will be sent for accepted entries.
