Due to the constraints of EntryThingy, please define the display category of each piece you are entering at the beginning of the description of each piece. Display categories: wall-hung, pedestal.

In addition to indicating the display category, descriptions of each piece should give the viewer an understanding of how each piece was made. This information may be displayed along with your piece.

The information you provide in the artist statement section will be printed in a binder accompanying the exhibition for visitors who request additional information about any of the artists.

When using the online application form, you should be able to upload photos directly from your computer or device. You will NOT have to create an EntryThingy Artwork Management account.

DISPLAY REQUIREMENTS
All entries must be structurally sound and completely ready for display, including any hanging hardware and stands.

WALL HUNG: Wall pieces should be equipped with a wire or D rings. The weight limit for all hanging work is 20 lbs.

**Please ensure that one of your pieces is no larger than 12x12 inches**

PEDESTAL: Pedestal pieces must not exceed 12 inches in length or width. NCAGG will provide pedestals.

JEWELRY: Jewelry must include an appropriate display, which should be shown in the submitted photos. Jewelry pieces can be framed and hung on the wall. Wall-hung only for this show. Please contact the co-chairs to discuss appropriate display features.

OTHER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Work must be original in design and of high quality.

Digital photos of your work in should be in JPEG format and between 1800 and 2500 pixels on the longest side. Images submitted as entries must correspond to the actual work. Maximum file size for each photo: 5 MB.

Work must be at least 60% glass, and glass must be the focal point of the piece. Entries may be in any glass technique or style, such as kiln-formed, stained glass, flame-worked, blown, mosaic, etc.

All entries must be for sale. The artist will receive 65% of the sale price. The Gallery will retain 35% of each sale.

NCAGG does not insure artwork in the exhibit. We strongly recommend that you carry your own insurance to cover the artwork during transit to and from the Goldman Gallery and while it is on display in the show.

By submitting work, you are permitting NCAGG to use your images and descriptions for educational and promotional purposes.

All accepted pieces will remain on display for the duration of the show, even if sold.

As with all Guild shows, volunteers are needed for drop-off, and Pick. Please sign up here volunteersignup.org to help out with this show. Link will be sent by email at a later date.

By prior arrangement, members who do not live in the DC area may ship their work to arrive prior March 29, 2025 to Elaine Byergo 10100 Dickens Ave. Bethesda, MD 20814.
