Held in partnership with the Mt. Airy Art Garage Figure Drawing Group (https://mtairyartgarage.org/2021/05/drawing-from-live-models-club/), this exhibition features work of artists inspired by the human form when drawn from a live model.
The Mt. Airy Art Garage (MAAG) is holding an open call for artists to submit artwork for the exhibition, “Drawing from Live Models 2026.” This is a juried exhibition and we invite member artists and artists associated with other art centers in the Philadelphia region. Whether you're a member of MAAG, the Figure Drawing Group at MAAG, or just enjoy drawing the human figure, MAAG invites you to submit artwork that conveys your unique vision.
Artwork in a variety of mediums, styles, and execution will be accepted. Artists may submit up to three (3) pieces of art to be on display and for sale in this upcoming exhibition. All work must be framed and ready to hang.
Fees per piece (up to 3, total):
MAAG members & MAAG Figure Drawing Club members: $5 for 1st piece, $10 for each additional piece (up to 2)
Non-members: $10 for 1st piece, $20 for each additional piece (up to 2)
