Ballyhoo at the Zoo, Fine Art Fair(formerly MSAF), one of Wisconsin's oldest and most respected juried fine art fairs, presents over 60 artists from around the country exhibiting works in a variety of media. Ballyhoo will take place on Saturday, June 5th from 10AM to 5PM, and on Sunday, June 6th from 10AM to 4PM.
Our location has changed to one of Racine's premier locations on Lake Michigan, the Racine Zoo. Social distancing will be the key to our success for 2021 and the Zoo is perfect for this with it's large grassy areas and wide walkways. The Racine Zoo hosts many gatherings from concerts to festivals and offers all amenities including beer, wine, food and onsite bathroom facilities.
Security will be on site overnight.
About Racine: Conveniently located between Chicago and Milwaukee, Racine's Zoo is located one mile north of historic Downtown Racine along the shores of Lake Michigan on Main St. The Racine Art Museum which holds the largest and most significant contemporary craft collection in North America is one mile away. The Racine Zoo is also just minutes away from breathtaking architectural works by Frank Lloyd Wright.
Ballyhoo at the Zoo, Fine Art Fair is coordinated by Racine Arts Council, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. RAC's mission is to encourage, support and advocate on behalf of emerging and established artists, artistic groups in our community, and young people interested in the arts.
