September show at the MAA Gallery in the Westfield Wheaton mall in Wheaton, Maryland (on the second floor close to Costco and across from Panera Bread).
Entrants must be MAA members and comply with the rules for MAA Gallery participation. There is a $10 entry fee to show any work, including bin work and cards, during this show.
New Gallery participants must complete a short training session before entering MAA Gallery shows. Please see the website's Gallery page for more information and send an email to [email protected] if interested.

Information about pieces (title, media, price) registered online by Friday, 8/26
Drop-off (or pickup for the previous show): Sunday 8/28 5-7 pm or Monday, 8/29, 10-noon
Show hanging: Monday 8/29 afternoon.
Show opening reception: Sunday 9/11 1 to 5 pm
First day: Wed, 8/30; Last day: Sunday, 10/2
All artists may submit up to 3 pieces regardless of size for the wall with the following exception--artists with very large pieces may be limited to 1 piece depending upon the number of pieces entered in the show.
Miniatures (8 x 10 framed or smaller), small pieces (no larger than 12 x 12), or sculptures do not count toward this maximum but should not exceed 3 pieces.
All pieces other than sculptures should have wires--even miniatures and paintings intended for tables.
Pieces must be delivered by noon on Monday, 8/29 to the Gallery. Late entries may not be in the first hanging of the show.
Hanging will begin at noon on 8/29. Those interested in assisting with the hanging are welcome. It normally takes only 2-3 hours and lunch is provided.
Images of work are not necessary--just hit upload when the information for each piece is entered.
Only hit 'Pay Now' when your entry is completely done and double-checked. This button will take you to the Paypal processor where you can pay the $10 fee by credit/debit card.
If you do not want to pay online but want a receipt for your $10 fee, also click the 'Pay Now' button. On the left of the resulting page, there will be an invoice that you can print for your records.
If you do not want to pay by credit/debit card online and do not need the receipt, just complete your entry, don't click the 'Pay Now' button, and pay your $10 fee when you drop off your work.
If you do not pay online, your entry is not marked submitted, but that does not cause problems with show administration.
