Extraordinary Works (All Media-Open Theme)

If the artwork is accepted:

1. Mona Niko Gallery will exhibit the artworks in an exhibition at Mona Niko Gallery, located in Mission Viejo, California.

2. In exchange for Mona Niko Gallery exhibition of artist work, artist grants Mona Niko Gallery the right to represent artist in the sale for the duration of the exhibition.

3. COMMISSION: The following commission/payment terms will apply to each subject sold by Mona Niko Gallery: 60% (payment to ARTIST), 40% (commission to MONO NIKO GALLERY).

4. Mona Niko Gallery pays Artist all proceeds due the Artist within thirty-one (31) days of sale.

5. Artists outside the United States are responsible for any exchange rate charges or bank transfer charges. Please price works accordingly.

6. Artists retains copyright to all consigned artwork in perpetuity, as governed by law.

7. Retail sales price for each artwork will be established by the artist. Artists is to include gallery commission in the price listed. Prices listed during the submission process are used as part of the jury process. Prices cannot be changed afterward. Please consider your price carefully as it is difficult for us to change it; choose your price thoughtfully.

8. PROMOTION: All entrants grant Mona Niko Gallery the right to use or publish images of their work to promote the art exhibits, future call for entries, videos, or the art gallery. Artist understands that his/her artwork may be photographed for promotional or other purposes.

9. MODIFICATIONS: All modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by BOTH parties. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between MONA NIKO GALLERY and ARTIST.

10. SHIPPING YOUR WORK: Please ship work in sturdy, reusable cardboard box via UPS or FedEx. You MUST include a RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. If you are filling out the label, make sure you have your account number on the label.

11. Any work left at Mona Niko Gallery seven (7) days after the close of the exhibition will be subject to a $10.00 per day storage fee. Any work left at Mona Niko Gallery for more than 14 days is subject to sale or disposal without notification or recourse. Please be aware of when the show finishes and make sure we have your return label.

12. Mona Niko Gallery is not responsible for any damage, breakage, replacement or cost associated with any damage or breakage that may have occurred during transport or unpacking. Every precaution will be taken in handling the entries, but Mona Niko Gallery assumes no liability for any loss or damage to any artists work while in our care, custody or control, before, during or after the exhibition. Each artist, if they wish, needs to provide their own insurance.
