• Work must be original & crafted by the applying artist. If there is some doubt after acceptance, we may ask for proof. If satisfactory proof is not presented we may cancel your acceptance or require you to exit the event.

• Work must only be in media and style accepted by jury.

• Work must be equal proportion to slides juried.

• A table space is 5' deep by 8' wide. A 10x10 is 10' by 10'. Artists must bring (or rent) any tables, backdrops or displays. Those demonstrating or offering workshops will get an additional equal sized space near their booth at no added charge.

• Electricity is limited and only available if purchased at the time of booth purchase.

• Displays must remain in assigned space and within designated lines.

• No sharing booths, unless all artists have been accepted by the jury.

• Michigan tax must be collected & remitted. Call the Treasury Department, (517) 373-0888 to register.

• Integrity Shows reserve the right to cancel your acceptance prior to the show with no further obligation than a refund of booth fees.

• Artist authorize the use of his or her images for promotional purposes.

• Once booth fee is paid there is no refund.

• Artist agrees to remain open all event hours.

•Artist accepts rules listed here, as well as additional rules of the event.

• The event and it’s partners are not responsible to provide any compensation for damage to artwork, displays or people unless the courts determine that this damage was done willfully by the event or it’s partners.

• Artists must have liability insurance. You may provide proof by supplying a certificate covering Integrity Shows. If you need a short term policy we will pay half of the cost and you will be required to pay $20.

• At least one of the artists listed on your applications must be present during the event.

• If show hours are reduced for any reason there is no compensation to the participants.

•Artist agrees to hold harmless Integrity Shows, Eastern Market, the City of Detroit and their agents and employees for damage from any cause.
