ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
SOME TIPS FOR SUBMITTING THROUGH EntryThingy :
1. Upload ALL your images BEFORE you click submit.
2. If specifying framed or unframed add it next to the title.
3. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING BUT PRICE IN THE SPACE FOR PRICE WHEN ENTERING YOUR INFO.
4. Price your work to cover shipping if your work is purchased.
5. Additional shipping charges apply to purchase unless picking up at the gallery.
6. Medford Arts will collect sales tax on any sales.
ENTRY IMAGE INFO:
1. Do not include frame or mat
2. Crop to edges of image.
3. 300 dpi will produce a good quality image.
4. File Size not to exceed 5 MB

2. Only original work, conceived by the artist, signed by the artist.
3. Work submitted may NOT have been previously shown at MAC.
4. This is juried for acceptance. ALL ACCEPTED works will be included in the online exhibit.

6. ALL WORK MUST BE FOR SALE! MAC receives a 30% commission on all sales.
7. The MAC will notify the artist of sale of their work.
8. Artists are responsible for shipping sold work to the buyer.

10. By entering you agree to be added to our mailing list to be notified of upcoming exhibits. You may unsuscribe at any time.
11.Liabilities: Artwork will be handled with all possible care; however, the Medford Arts Center will not be held responsible for loss or damage from any cause whatsoever.
12.Submission of work implies agreement on the part of the artist with the above.
FEES : (non-refundable)
MAC Member- $25. first piece; $5 each additional piece
NON-Member- $30. first piece; $10 each additional piece
