ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
SOME TIPS FOR SUBMITTING THROUGH EntryThingy :
1. Upload ALL your images BEFORE you click submit.
2. If specifying framed or unframed add it next to the title.
3. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING BUT PRICE IN THE SPACE FOR PRICE WHEN ENTERING YOUR INFO.
4. Shipping charges will be applied if your work is purchased and not picked up in the gallery.
5. Medford Arts will collect sales tax on any sales.
ENTRY IMAGE INFO:
1. Do not include frame or mat
2. Crop to edges of image.
3. 300 dpi will produce a good quality image.
4. File Size not to exceed 5 MB

1. May submit up to 3 pieces.
ALL MEDIA.
Must be family friendly.
2. Only original work, conceived by the artist, signed by the artist.
3. Work submitted may NOT have been previously shown at MAC.
4. This is juried for awards. ALL works will be included in the online exhibit.
5. Entries to be submitted through: https://www.EntryThingy.com
6. ALL WORK MUST BE FOR SALE! MAC receives a 30% commission on all sales.
7. The MAC will notify the artist of sale of their work.
8. Artists are responsible for shipping sold work to the buyer.
9. Shipping charges will be applied to purchase.
10. Liabilities- Artwork will be handled with all possible care, however, the Medford Arts Center will not be held responsible for loss or damage from any cause whatsoever.
11. By entering you agree to be added to our mailing list to be notified of upcoming exhibits. You may unsubscribe at any time.
12.Submission of work implies agreement on the part of the artist with the above.

MAC Member- $20. first piece; $10. each additional piece
***CASH AWARDS***
SIX AWARDS of EXCELLENCE
***NOTE - Artists that can hand deliver will also have the OPTION to have their pieces displayed in the Gallery at Medford Arts, 8 N. Main St., Medford, NJ.
All work will be included online & in the brochure and YouTube Video.
