Portraits

A. Artist agrees that work submitted is original work created by the artist within the past four years.

B. Publicity Release: Artist agrees that images or artwork may be reproduced for educational use or publication related to the show.

C. Artist accepts responsibility for delivering and retrieving work on dates as listed in the calendar. Arrangements for alternate pickup date of exhibited work must be made prior to 4/11/2022. Artworks not picked up within 2 weeks of pick-up date will become the property of Manchester Arts.

D. All work must be ready for installation upon delivery. Hanging wire only or pre-approved alternatives. No ceiling suspended artworks, videos, or wet paintings will be accepted.

E. By entering this exhibition, the entrant hereby releases and discharges Manchester Arts, the City of Manchester, its officers, employees and volunteers, from any and all liability and injuries sustained or loss incurred by virtue of participation in any of the identified programs, and agrees to hold each of them harmless with respect thereto.
